Booking conditions of Hotel Bonavida

**THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AS A GUARANTEE, PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL.

**IF YOUR RESERVATION CANNOT BE PRE-AUTHORIZED IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

Cancellation policy: no fees if cancelled 5 days before arrival, if cancelled after 5 days, 100% of the amount will be charged.

*Except from 12/24 to 01/05 and from 02/1 to 02/28, no fees if cancelled 30 days before arrival, if cancelled after 30 days, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Ski Getaway: no fees if cancelled 7 days before arrival, if cancelled after 7 days 100% of the amount will be charged.

Failure to show up at the hotel will result in a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.

*If the rate or offer is non-refundable, the total will be invoiced at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation the amount will not be refunded.

Tourist tax: From stays on 01/07/22, the reservation price does not include the tourist tax of €1.57 per person per day (maximum 7 days) for those over 16 years old, to be paid directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.

• Your credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. You will need to bring it to the hotel for verification.
• Payment will be made at the hotel except: Non-refundable reservations, hotel reservations + activities or reservations with discounts, reservations on holidays, long weekends, Christmas, New Year's Eve, King's Day.
• In the event that there is a payment at the time of booking confirmation, the hotel will charge through a payment gateway (virtual POS) where the customer can pay instantly by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the stipulated terms are not met or payment is not received before arrival at the hotel.
